Luigi's Ice Cream Truck was started because everyone deserves to have an ice cream truck drive by their house. We have now expanded and added a second truck that serves novelty items AND hand scoop ice cream as well as our two boutique ice cream carts. Enjoy novelty prepackaged ice cream treats from our mini Japanese truck or hand scooped ice cream and novelty ice cream from our old mail truck or deluxe carts.

Hi - My name is Lora Wilson and I bought Luigi's Ice Cream Truck in 2022 with my husband Joe. We have 7 kids and love spreading joy around Bismarck/Mandan 1 ice cream treat at a time. We are excited to expand into the boutique ice cream cart business and would love to be a part of your next event, wedding or party.
