Quick Stop: 

​

You set the time and location. We will stop with one of our trucks and stay long enough to serve you and your guests delicious prepackaged novelty ice cream treats and allow time for quick pics with the truck. The quick stop usually lasts about 15 minutes. You must purchase a minimum of $50 worth of ice cream. No truck stop fees!

Our event booking is perfect for those times when you want Luigi's Ice Cream Truck to stick around a little longer - such as birthdays, staff or customer appreciation days, weddings, graduations or family reunions.

We charge $25 for the first half-hour at your event, and $25 for each additional half hour (up to a maximum of four hours, although longer visits can be arranged).

Your Event booking includes everything except the treats, which range in price from $1 to $6. You can specify the price range of treats you'd like served, if you wish. The host may pay for treats, or have each guest pay for their own. (We accept cash, Venmo and all major credit cards).​

Hand Scooped Events:

We offer delicious Hand Scooped ice cream in cups or cones from our mail truck or carts. If you would like this service offered it is a $100 booking fee plus $50 per hour to park at your event plus the cost of the hand dipped ice cream. We can also offer hand dipped ice cream with our novelty items. You get to choose what you want served. We serve Pride Dairy of Bottineau and Cedar Crest hand dipped ice cream.

Special Events:

We ALWAYS visit schools, daycares, churches, and nursing homes for free without any minimum order requirements or truck fees. If you have a neighborhood party, festival, family reunion or large special event please reach out for a customized quote. We are flexible and willing to work with you. We would love an invite to your event. If you have a large company event we can put together a custom package for your business. We are here to spread JOY everywhere we go and would love to hear from you about your special event.

Business Stops: 

 

​We will announce several free business stops on our social media each month. Message us to get on our list. We will stop by your business for free during the work day with no truck stop fees or minimum orders of ice cream required. We can tally for one bill or each of your co-workers or guests can pay on their own.

Neighborhood Routes: ​

​

We will announce neighborhood routes on social media each week during the summer. Message us if you would like us to add your neighborhood to our route. We will post a Glympse link so you can track us in your neighborhood and will usually start around 6pm.
